Hello, i’m Will Backhouse and this is my personal sports journalism blog.
I’m 19 years old and currently studying a sports journalism degree at Sheffield Hallam University and i am aspiring to enter the sports media industry. I have a massive passion for sport and am an avid supporter of my local football team, York City.
Throughout studying for my degree i am hoping to learn the skills of becoming a sports journalist as well as gaining some real life experiences within the industry. I have a strong work ethic and am always eager to learn new skills to enhance my journalism ability.
Sport has always been a great passion of mine and i am determined to work in the industry because i believe in order to be happy you must work in an environment that you enjoy.
